We are finally back in Budapest after a wonderful weekend in Vienna. We started the day with math, and learned some new theorems and proofs. After class we met up in the eight district to go on a Roma history tour. For those who are unfamiliar, Romas (gypsies) are a minority group in Hungary. Our tour guide walked us past a few historical spots important to the history of Romas and Roma culture in this city.
After our walking tour, we stopped at a community center in the Central European University. We learned more about the Roma culture, and afterwards learned about street art in Hungary. We got some hands on experience, as we were able to make our own "street art" on canvases. Here is Lindsey's work of art!

Afterwards, we ventured back to one of our favorite restaurants, Menza. We enjoyed some "spaghetti with shrimps", which was amazing. We were all clean-plate-clubbers:)
We ended the night with chimney cakes and homework. Now, we are going to rest up for a "double math day" tomorrow, which we are all looking forward to! Sziasztok!
